Which of these pictures best describes your relationship with God today? I use this picture in church services and other meetings. First I give people time to think about it and then those who want to can share their thoughts. People often interpret the pictures in ways I hadn’t expected and I am always encouraged and challenged by the honesty of those who share. Anyone who wants to is welcome to share their own answers below.
Look at the pictures again and ask yourself which ones describe what you would like your relationship with God to be? What changes do you need to make to move in that direction?
God wants to know us and my hope is that we would want to grow in our relationship with him.
